Questions about our web and email hosting for domains.

The answer to this can get a bit complicated.

As per our Terms of Service - Internet Fair Use, Operation (i.e. hosting) of servers for services such as email, web, news, chat or other similar services is prohibited.

That said, if you would like to house a mail or web server at your location you would be required to have a business internet plan, with a static IP assigned, which would be an additional charge. Your connection type would need to a VDSL connection or better, ideally one of our fibre plans.
